i took a trip to an art show in orange city iowa and guess who i saw checking out all the different mediems?? the one and only flat L. stanley! he was keeping himself busy while waiting for shelbi to finnish. i spied him getting into the hummus dip-looking at some great wall art and even trying on some shoes...yes shoes! he got too close though and didnt mind the sign that said dont touch and ended up underneath the feet of said statue. stanley! mind your manners please! i think his davorite was the dresser spilling over with various colors of paint because he spent alot of time looking inside of it. he got to meet edger allan poe ( in statue form) and hung with him for a bit too. shelbi said she had plans of taking him around town later as she had been soo busy preparing for the show that she hadnt had time. stanley was being a patient guest. good boy stanley!
